Spay / Neuter Program

We have a very active Spay/Neuter program. Through several grants including our own,we are able to provide assistance to Johnson County residents who would like to have their pet spayed or neutered. In 2001 when we started our spay/ neuter program, we have been able to neuter over 3500 animals including approximately 800 of our foster animals .  We have also received a $1700.00 spay and neuter grant from the State of Tennessee Animal Friendly Tag program.  PetsMart has given us a grant for $9000 to spay or neuter the family's pet.  Call (423) 727-9286 or email: jchsipac@wildblue.net for more information.  

New Adoption Center

The Pet Adoption Center opened on April 30, 2008. Please volunteer to learn the aspects of an adoption center as we need people to be trained to operate the facility. Call us at: (423) 768-0896 or email us at: jchsipac@wildblue.net if you are interested in being a trained volunteer.
